Hauck is a native of Madison, Minn., where his father, Gary Hauck, has volunteered for the Lac Qui Parle County Chapter of Pheasants Forever for more than two decades. He graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Mass Communications and currently resides in Lino Lakes, Minn., with his wife, Kaily, and their English cocker, “Sprig.”
