St. Cloud Times — Laura Knoblach has not participated in a triathlon, but she is going to take on a big challenge.
Knoblach, a 2013 graduate of St. Cloud Christian School, is registered to participate in the Ironman Boulder on Sunday in Colorado.
Ironman Boulder includes a 2.4-mile swim at the Boulder Reservoir, a 112-mile bike and a 26.2-mile run.

Knoblach played rugby during her freshman year at St. Cloud State University. At St. Cloud Christian, she participated in volleyball, basketball and was on the track and field team, and has been training 10-15 hours a week for the Ironman.
