WJON – St. Cloud State University and the city of St. Cloud will officially close of the land swap for George Friedrich Park August 28.
St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis and University President Earl Potter III will hold a signing ceremony in the park, located approximately at 1908 University Drive Southeast, at 2:00 p.m.
