KNSI – A signing ceremony will take place Friday afternoon to transfer George Friedrich Park from St. Cloud State University to the City of St. Cloud. St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis and St. Cloud State University President Earl H. Potter III will attend the ceremony scheduled for 2pm at Friedrich Park at 1908 University Drive.
