Brainerd Dispatch — Heidi Hahn ’07 ’13, of Brainerd Public Schools and Paul Bunyan Educational Cooperative, was named Educator of the Year for 2015 by the Brainerd Jaycees.
Employed with the Brainerd Public Schools for more than 22 years, she started out as a volleyball coach and mental health counselor and is currently the director of the Paul Bunyan Educational Cooperative. Hahn earned a doctorate in education administration and leadership, a masters in education, health and human development, and a bachelor’s degree in child development and family science.

Hahn is affiliated with the Crow Wing County Child Protection Team, the Minnesota Administrators for Special Education, the Minnesota Association for School Administrators, the Minnesota Volleyball Coaches Association, the American Volleyball Coaches Association. Also, she is adjunct faculty for St. Cloud State University.
