Fergus Falls Daily Journal — Most people in their mid-70s would consider retirement right around the corner as they look to wind down their careers.
Fergus Falls financial adviser Larry Dorn has no such plan.
Growing up on Cavour Avenue, Larry worked in his dad’s hardware store while in high school. He said that his future decision to study business at St. Cloud State can be traced back to that experience.
“Business is in my bloodline,” Dorn said.
The family of his wife, Jeanette, had a hardware store in the same block during the 1950s and 1960s.
Dorn played drums while in high school and met Jeanette when they both were in orchestra. They married when he was a senior at St. Cloud State.
