St. Cloud Times — Most adult Minnesotans believe “things in the state are generally going in the right direction,” according to the SCSU Survey.
A St. Cloud State University professor who helps conduct the annual fall poll of statewide residents said the same about the polling program.
Of the 623 respondents from mid-October, 58 percent said Minnesota is headed in the right direction. One-quarter said the opposite, 12 percent said they felt neutral and 5 percent said they didn’t know. The percentage of positive responses was 5 points higher than last year and the highest since 70 percent in 2000.
