St. Cloud Times — After a survey revealed people think Waite Park lacks a distinct identity, city officials presented myriad city projects and plans for the coming years.
The survey, conducted by the St. Cloud State University School of Public Affairs, showed nearly 75 percent of respondents see Waite Park as integrated into St. Cloud’s municipal area rather than having its own identity. More than half of respondents also said they want more recreational amenities and city beautification projects in the city.
