St. Cloud Times — St. Cloud State University is preparing to change many of its buildings and other spaces, but adjusted attitudes might be the biggest shift on campus.
The school has released its latest Comprehensive Facilities Plan, or CFP. It’s a 20-year planning document that includes specific actions. According to two campus leaders, though, a word in the title represents the most important facet of the plan: comprehensive.
