The Bye Felipe name is a feminist take on the Bye Felicia meme. Often used online as a dismissive farewell, “Bye, Felicia” is a quote from the 1995 comedy film “Friday.”
Tweten’s visit is sponsored by the Women’s Center, St. Cloud State’s advocate since 1989 for the political, economic, social, personal and legal rights and choices available to women.
