St. Cloud Times — As students hope to give a voice to homelessness, they’re dispelling their own stereotypes along the way.
St. Cloud State University students interviewed people in Central Minnesota who are homeless, with the aim to show the human side of the condition in an exhibit and craft show called “Voices of Homelessness.”
Using the interviews and abstract photos of their subjects, students are creating posters that tell those stories through their own words and pictures of what they hold dear. The posters will be displayed at the craft show April 16.
