St. Cloud Times — Employers and workers are never perfect. But a group of graduate students is helping them move a little closer.
Upward Consulting is the official student group in the St. Cloud State University Industrial-Organizational Psychology program, Garrett Shields said.
The co-president, who earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and ethnic studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, said Upward allows him and his peers to apply psychology to the workplace — with an emphasis on “apply.”
