St. Cloud Times — There is another large and, by all accounts, talented freshman class slated to join the St. Cloud State men’s hockey team this fall.
The exact number of players coming in has not been finalized. Part of the reason: The Huskies are awaiting final word from forward Patrick Russell as to whether he will return for his junior season or turn pro. Russell is working out with the Danish national team that is preparing to play in the IIHF World Championships May 6-22 in Russia.
