St. Cloud Times — St. Cloud State University has solved its short-term budget challenges, administrators told faculty Thursday.
They said a big incoming class and lower labor costs are the largest factors on either end of a $10 million swing. The budget for fiscal year 2017, which begins July 1, reflects revenue increases of $2.5 million and expense decreases of $7.5 million.
