St. Cloud Times – Garrett Harrison is getting used to coming out of the bullpen. He likes the mentality that you need compared to starting.
“You have to attack right away because there’s not as much time to settle into the game,” he said. “You have to make quality pitches to get outs right away.”
Harrison is a 22-year-old left-hander who pitched three seasons for St. Cloud State University. Last spring he was 9-0 with a 2.13 ERA with 77 strikeouts and 18 walks. Opponents hit .252 off him in 76 innings for the Huskies.
