Echo Journal – Pine River-Backus School District said goodbye to over 10 faculty and staff members at the conclusion of the 2015-16 school year.
Among these retirees were teachers, paraprofessionals, van drivers and other staff members, several with over 20 years of experience with the district.
Three St. Cloud State graduates are among the district’s retiring teachers — Kathy Wagner ’01 ’09, Steve Nelson ’09 and Joan Batcher.
