St. Cloud Times — Gov. Mark Dayton told a crowd Friday that public investment in higher education is the most important one Minnesotans can make.
At St. Cloud State University, the governor argued for state spending on postsecondary schools during a potential special legislative session.
He spoke at the University of Minnesota-Duluth earlier Friday and in other cities this week.
