Pine Journal — Bobby Dorman of Carlton and Krystal Balduc of Saginaw have earned the two-year Scholarship for Service Award from St. Cloud State University this fall semester.
Balduc is a graduate student in the information assurance program at SCSU, and Dorman is an undergraduate student in the information technology security program.
