KVSC 88.1 FM — November 8 is Election Day, and to encourage voter turnout, Minnesota State Gov. Mark Dayton visited St. Cloud State University to rally democratic voters.
He participated in a question-and-answer panel to discuss local issues of racism, police-community relations and the cost of higher education.
