Commercial realty deal-maker Kate Hanson ’05 is a Times Media/St. Cloud Times “5 Under 40” honoree.
The Granite City Real Estate vice president and primary broker is among five honored in the class of 2016.
The annual award recognizes St. Cloud area leaders who demonstrate innovation, leadership and community spirit.
The 36-year-old Herberger Business School alumna holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an elite industry designation earned through the CCIM Institute in Chicago. She and the other honorees will be feted 4:30 p.m. Jan. 24 at the Paramount Center for the Arts, St. Cloud.
