Members of the Wind Ensemble are traveling to New York City March 19-22 to perform at Carnegie Hall and tour the city. The group is participating in the New York Invitational Music Festival for high school and college concert bands.

In anticipation of the trip, the Wind Ensemble will perform music from its program including music by Michael Daugherty, John Barnes Chance, Minnesota Composer Aaron Perrine and others.
Campus Band will perform a march by John Klohr, Cajun folk songs by Frank Ticheli along with a variety of music for concert band.
Admission is free. The concert will also be broadcast via a live webcast.
Wind Ensemble is a select group of 40 performers, mostly music majors, led by Catharine Bushman. Campus band is made up of about 20 musicians from throughout campus and the St. Cloud community.
