Dr. Randy Hoyer, Superintendent of Skidmore-Tynan ISD has been named Superintendent of Schools for Orange Grove ISD.
Dr. Hoyer was named Lone Finalist for the position and was officially hired by the District on April 17 at the OGISD Regular Board meeting. He replaces Lynn Burton who is retiring effective June 30.
He has an undergraduate degree from St. Cloud State University (Minnesota), a graduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a doctoral degree in educational administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
