St. Cloud State is teaming with State Farm and Toward Zero Deaths to welcome the public to the Minnesota Highway Safety & Research Center (MHSRC) 11 a.m.-2 p.m. July 22.
Stearns County-Benton County branch of Toward Zero Deaths will showcase its crash-reduction efforts on Minnesota Highway 23. The #safer23mn project between Milaca and Richmond is part of a 14-year effort to reduce vehicle accidents statewide.
Emergency-response vehicles and aircraft will be on hand, including the LifeLink III helicopter.
The St. Cloud Fire Department will demonstrate vehicle extrication.
