ST. CLOUD TIMES — Almost 70 people will not be able to move back into their residences after a fire last weekend left an apartment building near Lake George unlivable.
St. Cloud Fire Department evacuated residents from the Cedar Row apartment building on the 300 block of Seventh Avenue South about 3 a.m. Saturday.

The company has also been working closely with St. Cloud State’s Residential Life and Student Life and Development departments to help students find housing. Cates said College Living and Kent Housing, Inc. in St. Cloud have also been communicating with Cedar Row.
“Red Cross was nice enough to come out Sunday,” he said. They handed out gift cards to residents to help. “Red Cross also housed some students that night. Most kids kind of found a place to stay with a friend or went back home.”
