President Wacker welcomed by community and campus members

St. Cloud State is in the midst of celebrating 150 years of serving students and community members of Minnesota. The year-long celebration culminates with our sesquicentennial birthday Sept. 15, 2019.

St. Cloud State University’s President, Dr. Robbyn Wacker, embraced a warm welcome by nearly 170 people in the James W. Miller Learning Resources Center on Sept. 20. Those in attendance included St. Cloud community leaders and industry partners, Emeriti faculty and staff, as well as University donors and supporters.

President Wacker made it clear during her remarks that it is her goal to make St. Cloud State the “University of choice” in Minnesota.
