Homecoming Day 2 brought recognitions and laughs as the President’s Club Gala honored the leadership of President’s Club members and celebrated alumni award recipients. Elsewhere comedians Dave Coulier and Jesus Trejo brought the laughs to attendees at the Homecoming Comedy Show.
Opening the comedy show was Trejo who has appeared on “The Late, Late Show with James Corden” and on “Adam Devine’s House Party”.
Coulier, former “Full House” Uncle Joey star, headlined the comedy show.
The guests of the Gala enjoyed a social hour, listened to a performance by the St. Cloud State Chamber Singers Choir, conducted by Dr. Matthew Ferrell, and enjoyed an elegant dinner provided by Chartwells.
Alumni Award Winners included: Jan Bergquist Hansen ’79, Distinguished Alumni Award; Annie Deckert ’05 and Enanga Fale, co-recipients of of the Alumni Service Award, Matt Roisum ’10, Graduate of the Last Decade (GOLD) Award; and Jeff Hegle ’93, University Leadership Award recipient.
