ST. CLOUD TIMES — Immigration will be the featured topic at this year’s Winter Institute at St. Cloud State University in February.
Three immigration experts will speak at the 57th annual event Feb. 7 and 8.
A Federal Reserve president and St. Cloud State graduate, James Bullard, will give the economic outlook presentation.
The conference covers economics, business conditions and economics education.
Among the speakers are a Cuban immigrant turned Harvard economist and a Hmong refugee turned successful author.
