KNSI – Trivia Weekend at St. Cloud State University is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. It is the campus radio station’s biggest event of the year.
Players from all over the United States and along with international teammates are expected to participate. For 50-consecutive hours KVSC will broadcast between 9-18 trivia questions per hour, on a variety subjects ranging from pop culture, science, history and other odd facts. Teams call in their guesses to the Trivia Phone Hotlines as fast as they can.
Each year, KVSC relies on volunteers to staff the 32 trivia telephone hotlines. Approximately 40-45 volunteers are needed each hour to operate the contest and the phone hotlines where teams call in their guesses.
