ST. CLOUD TIMES — As students move back to campus and area residences, St. Cloud Police and university officials are providing education to help keep students safe during the school year.
Police conducted move-in walks and handed out pamphlets with information reminding students about personal safety and protecting personal belongings.
The department also conducts special details near St. Cloud State and St. Cloud Technical and Community College during the year, focusing on underage drinking and other trends, according to St. Cloud Police Sgt. Lucas Dingmann.
“We just really want them to have a successful, fun year,” Dingmann said.
