Students and faculty in the Applied Behavior Analysis program are teaming up to offer a series of Parent Workshops Nov. 12-14 in Eastman Hall.
The workshops are focused on helping parents encourage their children’s academic and social development. They are offered from 5-6:30 p.m. Nov. 12-14 in Eastman Hall Room 201.
Services will be provided for children ages 13 or younger who are diagnosed or at-risk for intellectual or development disabilities. Parent will receive training while the children work on skill building procedures with Applied Behavior Analysis faculty and graduate students. Child care will be available for siblings.
Faculty members Dr. Odessa Luna, Dr. Kim Schulze and Dr. Michele Traub are supervising the graduate clinicians delivering the services.
