KNSI – Winter driving can be tricky for many, but it can be especially difficult for new drivers.
A teen driving program focused solely on how to handle winter driving conditions is coming up next month.
St. Cloud State University offers the Teen Crash Prevention Skills once every few months at the Minnesota Highway Safety and Research Center.
It consists of a brief classroom presentation before students hit the course in the center’s vehicles.
