Professor offers two weeks of guided mindfulness

photo of Beth Berlia, Ethnic and Women's Studies professorProfessor Beth Berila seeks to help students, faculty and staff make the transition to remote learning, teaching and working a little less isolated. She is presenting two weeks of 10-minute virtual guided mindfulness practices Tuesdays and Wednesdays March 24-April 1 on Zoom details on how to connect are available on her website. 

She will offer different practices each time and plans to add them to her website afterward for those who cannot attend at the live session times

“The idea is both to practice grounding and calming practices, but also to do it in community,” Berila said.
