Gender and Women’s Studies director Dr. Beth Berila has published a new book that offers practical support for social change agents as they navigate common challenges along their journey.
Professor Beth Berila seeks to help students, faculty and staff make the transition to remote learning, teaching and working a little less isolated. She is presenting two weeks of 10-minute virtual guided mindfulness practices Tuesdays and Wednesdays March 24-April 1.
