Professor Beth Berila seeks to help students, faculty and staff make the transition to remote learning, teaching and working a little less isolated. She is presenting two weeks of 10-minute virtual guided mindfulness practices Tuesdays and Wednesdays March 24-April 1 on Zoom details on how to connect are available on her website.
“The idea is both to practice grounding and calming practices, but also to do it in community,” Berila said.
