ST. CLOUD TIMES— The Sartell City Council has hired a new city administrator after current longtime administrator Mary Degiovanni announced her retirement in January.
Anna Gruber, a 15-year resident of Sartell and consultant to the city through Sourcewell, will officially take over the position at City Hall April 6.
“I would introduce myself as a invested community member,” Gruber said. “I’m here to positively impact the community, and every decision that I make as city administrator with… city council members and team members at City Hall impacts me personally.”
A St. Cloud State graduate, Gruber was a team development coordinator at the Tri-County Action Program in Waite Park and a city administrator in Pierz, Minnesota before joining Sourcewell.
