The Self-Assessment is required for all employees, students, contractors, and visitors prior to entering campus buildings and/or while residing on campus. This assessment helps the campus community with reducing potential exposure to COVID-19 and symptoms of COVID-19 by asking each person coming to campus to take a moment to assess their health each morning and stay home if they are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19.
To help with the reminder, St. Cloud State created a QR code that takes users directly to the assessment with one scan. Employees have embraced the QR code and have been placing it around campus as a reminder and a quick way to access the assessment.
Undergraduate Admissions is displaying the QR code on its front desk to invite campus visitors to fill out the self-assessment. Residential Life and Education Abroad employees got creative and upgraded the QR code with St. Cloud State colors and logos.
Residential Life also created reminders and affixed them to inside of each residential student’s room door. The Herb Brooks National Hockey Center is using the signs and sign holders throughout the facility to make sure there is a quick option for those that haven’t done their green screens. The signs are posted at entrances, to remind students, employees and visitors to complete their daily screening.
