Cold temperatures didn’t stop #OurSCSU community from enjoying the fourth annual Winterfest celebration Thursday, Dec. 4.
While the majority of the previously outdoor festivities were moved inside of St. Cloud State University’s Atwood Memorial Center, some event attendees were brave enough to sit outside in Husky Plaza to roast marshmallows by the campfires. Inside Atwood, KVSC provided music while guests enjoyed soup and chili, hot chocolate and cookies, posing for photos with Blizzard and Interim President Larry Dietz, and playing Hammerschlagen. Those looking to make their s’mores without braving the cold were able to do so inside thanks to electric s’mores makers.
