Syracuse.com – Former Huskies Football player Nick Monroe ’01 will join the football staff at Syracuse University, a source told Syracuse.com.
Monroe comes to Syracuse after spending six seasons at Bowling Green working with the safeties. The Falcons were among the Top 15 in pass defense in 2012 and 2013 before losing three of four starters in the secondary in 2014.
Monroe was also the secondary coach for two seasons at Allegheny College following a four-year career as a cornerback at St. Cloud State.
