St. Cloud Times — Jeffrey Bleam likened the experience of directing “The Diary of Anne Frank” to when he saw the house where Frank and others hid in Amsterdam for two years.
“Everything’s different when you actually enter the space, because you have it one way in your mind, and being in the space changes how you feel about the story,” Bleam said.
GREAT is collaborating with St. Cloud and Sauk Rapids-Rice school districts and St. Cloud State University on an exhibit/virtual tour/educational talk at the university to further explore Frank’s story, which has been in print for almost 70 years.
