“We are excited to meet the needs of the entire region and beyond with this online offering,” said Gretchen Huwe, interim MBA director. “The fact that our students can choose to pursue their MBA in Maple Grove, St. Cloud or online allows us to reach a broader population, including working parents and veterans.”
Students who enroll in the online program will follow St. Cloud State’s highly-successful cohort model, completing each course along with their classmates for a personalized online experience. The program will use high impact, interactive course activities that foster engagement with faculty and peers.
As with the Maple Grove and St. Cloud programs, students can expect to earn their degree in as little as 28 months. The courses are taught by the same professional faculty members who teach the on campus programs, who are trained to teach online.
“Our goal is to provide MBA students with a competitive edge in the marketplace by offering cutting-edge courses taught by caring faculty,” said Herberger Business School Dean Dave Harris.
St. Cloud State’s MBA program is one of the most affordable online programs in Minnesota with an estimated cost of about $21,000.
St. Cloud State’s MBA program has been accredited since 1982 by AACSB, the world’s leading business school accrediting agency. It is one of just two MBA programs in Minnesota that has been accredited for more than 30 years. Graduates include Fortune 500 CEOs and managers, entrepreneurs and small business owners.
