St. Cloud Times – The students of St. Cloud State University are bringing a Norwegian parody to life on the Performing Arts Center stage.
“The Norwegians” tells the story of two women who hire hit men to take care of their ex-boyfriends. The comedy focuses on the overly nice hit men and the foibles of Minnesotans.
“It’s a satire, it’s very gentle,” said Director Brenda Wentworth. “I chose it because I thought it was very funny. It’s light … it’s very absurdist theater, it’s very over the top.”
