KNSI Radio – Mayor Dave Kleis ’89 will use the $25 million YMCA under construction in north St. Cloud as the stage for his 12:30 p.m. April 11 State of the City Address.
This will be his 12th such speech.
Kleis double-majored in political science and history. He is a member of the University’s Sesquicentennial Committee, which is planning events marking St. Cloud State’s 150th birthday in 2019.
