Colorado BioScience newsletter features Medtech programs

The St. Cloud State MedTech professional educational programs were featured in the March and April  newsletters of the Colorado BioScience Association.

The Association is the Colorado equivalent of Minnesota’s Medical Alley. The articles are part of an effort to increase the visibility of the MedTech programs with the growing medical device industry in Colorado and meet the needs of Colorado students.

The MedTech programs were originally designed to meet the specific needs of the Minnesota medical device industry for skilled professionals in regulatory affairs, clinical research and quality assurance.

These areas are highly regulated by FDA and international regulatory agencies. Colorado has no comparable educational programs and skilled professionals in these critical areas are in short supply. The St. Cloud State MedTech programs can address their needs.

The programs have several years’ experience with synchronous remote education using Adobe Connect. With only a one hour time difference, Colorado students have ready access to MedTech courses.
