ST CLOUD TIMES — While working Thursday morning, St. Cloud Public Services Director Pat Shea found a crumpled $5 bill in the bushes across from City Hall.
Mayor Dave Kleis wasn’t so lucky. But he did find an encampment littered with empty bottles and trash hidden in the brush near a vacant church.
The search for garbage on Thursday was part of the third “clean team” outing, where Kleis and Shea joined other city staff and volunteers to clean up main drags around campus ahead of the university’s Celebrate St. Cloud State weekend
