St. Cloud’s Veterans Day observances will climax with a Wind Ensemble and Men’s Choir concert 4 p.m. Nov. 11 in Ritsche Auditorium, Stewart Hall.
The concert is free. Parking is $1.50 an hour in the nearby 4th Avenue Parking Ramp.
The concert follows the 1 p.m. parade in downtown St. Cloud, from St. Cloud Public Library to River’s Edge Convention Center.
The program will span the Revolutionary War era through the Vietnam War. Among the performances:
“America the Beautiful”

“God of Our Fathers”
Music by George W. Warren. Lyrics by Daniel C. Roberts. Arranged by Claude T. Smith.
“Chester”
Music and lyrics by William Billings.
There will be a “Welcome Home Veterans” photo event following the concert.
The Wind Ensemble is a select group of 40 performers, mostly music majors, conducted by music professor Catharine Bushman. Men’s Chorus is an ensemble of 26 members conducted by music professor Hugh Givens.
