KNSI — Experts and professionals working with the environment and climate change will take the stage to examine the economic impacts of a changing climate during the 58th annual St. Cloud State University Winter Institute.
The gathering is February 20 and 21 in St. Cloud.
NOAA scientist David Easterling works to provide scientific, editorial, graphical, and software support to the U.S. National Climate Assessment and U.S. Global Change Research Program.
He will present “The Scientific Basis for Climate Change.”
