Tensions in St. Cloud still high, but eased Tuesday night

KNSI — Tensions, while still high, eased a bit overnight in St. Cloud.

Several people gathered near the area of 9th Avenue and University Drive for a third night after rumors were flying Monday that the St. Cloud Police Department had shot two black teens, but the gathering was mostly peaceful.

Professor Jerrod Hall at St. Cloud State University said he was at home and heard about the protest, so he came out to educate those who were protesting.
