The St. Cloud State University Alumni Association has announced that the nomination process for its 2014-15 Alumni Awards is now open. St. Cloud State alumni, past award recipients, faculty and staff (current and emeriti), and other members of the St. Cloud State community are eligible to submit nominations for awards in four categories:
Distinguished Alumni Award: Presented to undergraduate or graduate alumni who have distinguished themselves over their lifetimes and/or in their careers, in service to society, or to St. Cloud State University.
Alumni Service Award: Presented to alumni or friends of the University who are distinguished in their contributions to the University and/or to the community.
Graduate of the Last Decade (GOLD) Award: Presented to undergraduate alumni of the last decade (2004-2014) who have shown outstanding achievement in their careers OR in service to the community OR in service to St. Cloud State.
University Leadership Award: Presented to current or retired employees of St. Cloud State who have made a positive difference in the lives of students.
The St. Cloud State University Alumni Association Awards spotlight outstanding living alumni, friends, and employees of the University who demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and character; individuals whose career and life accomplishments reflect positively on our University community. The recipients of the 2014-15 Alumni Association Awards will be publicly recognized at several events during the Fall Celebrate! St. Cloud State weekend September 17-20, 2015.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, January 16, 2015. This year, nominations will be accepted online at http://www.stcloudstate.edu/alumni/alumniaward.aspx. Any supporting documentation, letters of recommendation, etc., must be sent within 14 days of submission to:
