St. Cloud State University’s online computer science bachelor’s program has been ranked No. 17 in the United States in TechGuide’s rankings.
SCSU was one of only two schools in Minnesota ranked in the top 25.
“This ranking reflects the program’s excellence and impact in preparing students for success in computer science careers,” said Gareth John, dean of the College of Science and Engineering. “The department does exceptional work in engaging students within the program.”
Techguide’s rankings are based on data reported annually to the Department of Education. Metrics evaluated include admission selectivity, class size, faculty support, financial aid availability, graduation outcomes and total enrollment.
