The Central Minnesota Small Business Development Center (SBDC), hosted by the Herberger Business School at St. Cloud State University, has been awarded a $5,000 grant from Midwest Business Finance Corporation (MBFC).
In 2025 alone, the Central MN SBDC served 392 clients, including 228 who were brand new to the SBDC — all receiving free, high-quality business consulting and technical assistance. From helping entrepreneurs launch new ventures to guiding established businesses through growth, our team is making a real difference, especially in the rural communities of Central Minnesota.
This grant will help the team continue expanding its reach and impact across the region. MBFC expressed gratitude for the partnership and the SBDC’s vital support of local small businesses.
